Waterfront condo with access to pools, hot tub, & putting green - balcony and AC

The place looked exactly like the pictures and had plenty of room for my group. The bathroom tub didn’t work well, so we weren’t able to use it during our entire stay. The balcony could have been cleaner, especially the chairs, but the views were absolutely beautiful and made up for it. Overall, the scenery from the balcony was perfect.

The place is nice, it could be a lot cleaner. we had an issue getting inside the property the code wasn't working. we were also communicated to go earlier but it was a mistake, so we had to wait outside until 4pm. The elevators didn't work so it was a whole mess with everyone waiting for an elevator over 25 minutes. The pools are too cold they only have two hot pool that are super crowded. Is also no ocean front, you need to cross the street to get to the beach. no a bad location but that needs to be updated.

Check in was easy with Vacasa.
However, Laketown Warf had three elevators down when we arrived for renovations and Two Men and a Truck moving someone out. People were waiting 45 minutes to an hour for elevators to bring luggage up. Luckily this unit is on 10th floor and accessible by the top parking deck 10th floor pool gate. No elevator needed. BUT THEN Laketown Warf decided to lock the gate two days of our stay and we couldn’t get to our car without going down to 7th level walk over and then walking up 4 = 8 parking decks because none of the elevators work in the parking deck!!
Out of 8 arm bands provided three didn’t work! Had to wait for someone to let us in or out unless we all stayed together.
Three bedroom but only one hair dryer and only two bedrooms had a TV. No vacuum even though this unit has carpet. They only have a broom. We tried sweeping the carpet but after a week stay it was useless. Can’t wait to see if they charge us extra for cleaning.
This unit holds 8 easily. However, don’t plan on cooking or bring your own skillet and steak knives. You can’t cook 2 pounds of hamburger meat in a 8” skillet! First day I reported to Vacasa that the stove was broke and also the table on the patio. They said someone would be in contact. BUT NO ONE ever called.
The patio furniture is so rusted and the cushions are ripped and tattered. Honestly plastic chairs and tables would have been better.
The third bedroom that has no TV has a spring mattress and isn’t very comfortable.
810 Bowling and Game Room was Awesome!! The kids loved it and we had Family Game Night which was so much fun! Great addition to LTW! They have really great food!
