Less crowds on the beaches, no high rises so very little traffic, yet only a 10 minute drive from 30A, Pier Park, and the multitude of restaurants, bars, and shops! True beachfront with the beach just a few steps away, enjoy your coffee on the private balcony or a cocktail at sunset soaking in the view. This spacious updated unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need whatever your dining style. The development offers numerous outside dining areas near the pool, kiddie pool, hot tub or BBQ hut all beachside! It has been dubbed 'Best backyard on the Beach' for a reason!

This condo sits in an ideal location to truly experience all that Panama City Beach has to offer. For a bit of shopping and beach activities, head up to Pier Park, the central hub of the area. Carillon Beach is an adorable spot away from the crowds as well with local restaurants and places to rent paddleboards for the day. Overall, the property was really nice very clean. Enjoyed everything about it. They have everything you could want but be sure and bring condiments salt pepper all that type of stuff they do provide a roll of paper towel towels, toilet paper papers that type of stuff anyway we had a really nice time and would love to come back and stay here again.

We loved the location because we prefer less crowds then what you get near the Pier but the downside of that is nothing is walkable. Loved Being right on the beach and having a balcony that faces the beach. The condo was well kept and didn’t feel old or dingy like some beach condos. The bunks worked out okay for our 6 and 7 year old. The biggest cons were that the pillows were terrible - very thick and stiff. And the master bed was extremely creaky and the mattress needs replacing. Overall we had a wonderful stay and our host was responsive.
