This unit was more updated then past ones I’ve stayed in that Vacasa manages. The master bedroom gets boiling hot could not find a single air vent so we had to purchase 2 fans to keep it cool. The pillows in the secondary bedroom were paper thin I woke up with a sore neck, the bed in the secondary bedroom is also rock hard- the bed in the master is much better (but hotter) there was no salt & pepper in the kitchen, and the laundry room sliding door kept falling off.. that was kind of raggedy. When we first arrived the refrigerator was not working - it was closer to 9pm I realized it was not cooling my groceries- I called the emergency line and they got me connected to the maintenance department on duty and I BEGGED the maintenance man to come fix it considering I just bought groceries but he was firm in coming in the morning so I had to pay someone OUT OF POCKET at Laketown wharf to come check out the refrigerator and THANKFULLY it was only the breaker. I had groceries and was worried it was going to ruin my kids food! What is 24/7 emergency maintenance for? Also there is a sign above the A/C unit that says you can’t move the temperature below 70 so it was pretty much warm the whole time. 70 was not cool enough for us. Other then those minor complaints (which could be fixed) we enjoyed our stay at 1528! The resort & pools is what keeps me coming back.
