It's a great spot in the heart of Panama City Beach, with such attractions as Ripley's Believe It or Not!, WonderWorks, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, all within a half-mile of the complex. The condo's spacious floor plan offers plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors and large, plentiful windows create plenty of natural light while also providing scenic beach views. All sorts of entertainment are waiting for you, including a smart TV in the living area and complimentary WiFi. The kitchen boasts a full suite of major appliances for handling home cooking with ease. Central air-conditioning rounds out the home essentials. Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12. One of the largest units in Sunbird Complex

We were extremely lucky this unit was available. We initially booked at a different place and quickly realized it wasn’t up to our standards. We drove around for hours looking for anywhere to stay. My friend found a unit available at Sunbird and I immediately booked it. As soon as I booked it a crew was going in to clean. I can’t express the relief we felt walking in. It was clean and beautiful. The staff at Sunbird was amazing. Vacasa was also so helpful and quick to help with any concerns we had. Vacasa and Sunbird truly saved our vacation!
