Whether you're a couple on a romantic getaway or a small family in search of that unforgettable beach trip, this condo is the ideal spot for that next home away from home. Sunbird Resort is centrally located between the East and West ends of the strip and offers a quiet getaway on a private stretch of beach access. Sunbird also boasts amenities like community volleyball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, a fitness room, and three Gulf-front pools, one of which is seasonally heated. Plus, a tropical hut has been added to the property for beer, wine, and food. Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Great view. Quiet. Convenient. Kitchen well stocked. Would recommend guests bring extra wash rags, trash bags, and toilet tissue. Main bed was comfortable. Pull out couch mattress was not. The beach chair rental guys were super friendly. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone considering this condo.
