Sunbird Resort is centrally located between the East and West ends of the strip and offers a quiet getaway on a private stretch of beach access. Sunbird also boasts amenities like community volleyball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, a fitness room, and three Gulf-front pools, one of which is seasonally heated. Plus, a tropical hut has been added to the property for beer, wine, and food.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Very peaceful and clean! Easy check in and out, just seem to have issues with codes to access the beach from property

Perfect location and very clean

They are coded gates to get to and from beach, lots of confusion on codes because they would change almost daily and nobody ever seems to know the correct codes.

A beautiful condo just like the photos show. The best part, is the beautiful view from the balcony. Even though the weather was not the best that week, the view made up for it. I love that it’s right next door to Pineapple Willy’s, for some great food.

We enjoyed the scenic view and easy accessibility to the beach, it was truly within steps. The whole property was clean and you could tell it was well kept up. We had no issues with checking in or out and it was easy to get our parking pass and wristbands at the office. Our only 2 complaints were about the bedroom; there was no curtain covering the blinds in the bedroom that faced out into the hallway. Also, the sheets and blanket provided were paper thin, we had to go to Walmart and buy a throw blanket to sleep with. Other than those small things, the proximity to everything was awesome and we would 100% stay here again.
