Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

We really liked it was very clean and you have to have a code to get to and from the beach. And when you leave the condo, there's a gate and a security guard the condo was perfect.Everything was great

The only thing we didn't like was the main bed in our bedroom. The bed was not comfortable.
