As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we’re currently undertaking a significant construction project from September 24, 2025, to March 1, 2026. We want to keep you informed about the construction phases and how they might affect your stay. Construction Period:• Dates: September 2025 to March 2026• Affected Units: Balconies will be completely inaccessible and have obstructed views.• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Parking & Amenities: You will be charged a one-time fee that will apply to one vehicle. Each unit is provided with one parking spot assigned to the unit, but if you have more than one, extra fees will apply, and you will have to park in the spots that are marked yellow. Panama City Beach is a gem that offers an unparalleled escape. Imagine waking up to the sun’s rays and the gentle sea breeze, ready to spend your days lounging on the pristine sugar-white sands right outside your door. Dive into the refreshing waters of the large shared pool, unwind in the soothing embrace of the shared hot tub, or, if you get too much sun, try the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Simply soak up the sun and create unforgettable memories. Beyond the beachfront bliss, this condo provides easy access to a fitness center and a variety of alfresco seating and dining spots. Venture into the nearby attractions, such as Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, M.B. Miller County Pier, and St. Andrews State Park, to make the most of your Emerald Coast getaway. The spot is in one of the best locations for walking to anything you need, like Walmart Supercenter, going souvenir shopping, trying bowling or the arcade, or walking over to WonderWorks or Ripley's Believe It or Not. Don't have the kids, and then you can have a great time at Coyote Ugly, as it is right across the street. Step inside to see a full kitchen with all the appliances needed to ensure culinary convenience, while the Gulf-view balcony offers the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee or cocktails. Indulge in indoor comfort with smart TVs, wifi, and cable television, or switch over to the Roku for your downloaded favorites. Cool off in the central air-conditioning, or take advantage of the private washer/dryer. Additional Information: Things to Know:- Some shared amenities, such as the tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill, are only open during peak season (March-October).- Guests must pay $100 directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers parking and wristbands for amenities access.- During spring break, all occupants must be at least 25 years of age, and no alcohol is allowed on the beach the whole month of March. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental.- Guest entry instructions: This rental uses an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay.- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

The room was super nice. The view was nice. The pool was nice. The problems we occurred Long elevator wait time to get down to the bottom floor to get to the pool or the beach. Finding a parking spot took a lot of time and it was a pain in the rear. I had a problem with the property, trying to charge me an extra $300 when I had booked this room five months in advance. I had to call the property management, then turn around and have to call who I went through, which was Booking.com and they had to call the property management to let them know that it was already paid in full, and I didn’t know them anything

The home was really nice and clean, well put together. It was the parking deck and being harassed about the wrist bands for me.... If you're on a high floor it takes forever to get there. And the wrist band they constantly walking by you looking, mid conversation with someone they asking, while you're in the pool. Like why not stand by the gates when we come in to make sure everyone has a band on them.

We rent a condo every summer and we searched for a few weeks until we came across this unit. We are beyond happy with our choice! This 3 bed 3 bath unit was perfect for our family of five! A/C works very good!! Beautiful views of beach and pool! Prime location and walking distance to many places! We loved that the reserved parking spot for the unit was on the same floor as the unit! We are already choosing a date for next summer for Shores of Panama Unit 1023!

Great condo that was spacious, clean, and fun to be at! Rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for an entire family. Overall resort was nice, super busy, and loud. The pool was great, and so was the little restaurant and bar. Nice to have those on site. The only negative feedback is the parking. We did have a parking spot (even though the listing said you don't) but the parking garage is terrible. Its hard to get in and out of that place. Overall a great place to stay! As for Vacasa they were great and easy to work with. Would definitely rent from them again in the future.
