The cleanliness was good but it is very complicated to stay in the place the advisors are a disaster I would not stay in the place again because it did not fulfill my experience that I wanted to live

I wasn't sure what to expect but the place was recommended by my daughter's friends. It is in a great location and walkable to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. There was alot of teens but it was to be expected because it was spring break. Even with the amount of teens walking around the condo building, it was peaceful. I could see all the kids out were having a good and safe time. I would highly recommend but the only big issue was the elevators in the building and trying to figure out where our place was located. After learning the best time to take the elevator and/or using the stairs it was smooth to maneuver around. The place was clean but the bathrooms are a bit out date. We spent alot of time outside, so the time relaxing inside was nice and quiet. Check in and check out was extremely easy along with getting my parking pass printed by the front lobby.

Had issues with getting into the room on time. Didn't get in until 4:30 had to call to get code on was never sent. All The arm bands weren't in our room. We had to get the hotel manager to get the rest we need so 24 hours in and we weren't really able to enjoy any of the property because everyone must have a band. I had to messages many many times to finally get someone to bring us bands from off site. After that issue the stay was fine.

we enjoyed our stay at Laketown wharf. A little updates would be nice such as extra elevators, fixing the pools where there are messed up tiles and stuff. Also did not like that every floor we went on smelled like marajuana. Not something I want my 3 year old to be around.
