Had issues with getting into the room on time. Didn't get in until 4:30 had to call to get code on was never sent. All The arm bands weren't in our room. We had to get the hotel manager to get the rest we need so 24 hours in and we weren't really able to enjoy any of the property because everyone must have a band. I had to messages many many times to finally get someone to bring us bands from off site. After that issue the stay was fine.

we enjoyed our stay at Laketown wharf. A little updates would be nice such as extra elevators, fixing the pools where there are messed up tiles and stuff. Also did not like that every floor we went on smelled like marajuana. Not something I want my 3 year old to be around.
