Boasting an ideal location, this is the perfect home base for the beach-goers of the group, as there's plenty of sun and sand for your next Panama City Beach vacation! Catch a few waves and take surf lessons at Mr. Surf’s Surf Shop, just three miles away. Enjoy some local cuisine at The Wicked Wheel, Dee's Hang Out, or Saltwater Grill, all just two miles from your door. If you want to get in some shopping, visit Pier Park or the Shoppes At Edgewater, both within five miles of this condo. Only six-and-a-half miles to St. Andrews State Park, this will be ideal for anyone looking to hike, cycle, or picnic and enjoy Florida nature Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation. Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable. Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

This place was amazing. It was spacious, clean, had everything we needed, and just a few feet from the sand of the beach! The views from the balcony were amazing. This was our best vacation yet! Imagine going to sleep and waking up listening to the waves and feeling the breeze while laying in bed with the patio door open. The pools, theater, store and restaurants were so convenient. The location of the resort was great, easy to get to all the stores and restaurants. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. We had a wonderful time and are already planning next year's trip! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!
