A perfect mix of home and vacation

Location was prime, the view was breathtaking, amenities were plentiful, cleanliness and the room surpassed our expectations. It was comfortable and a great mix of feeling at home while on vacation. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to planning another visit. The staff was extremely helpful and ensured safety was a priority. I lost my phone and it was promptly found and returned which reassured the impressive service quality.

August 2026

The carpet was stained and dirty in living room area, but when you have carpet at the on a condo at the beach that would be expected, Besides that it was a good stay, the host, beach view, and pools was great.

Avari response:

Thank you, Eli, for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the beach view, pools, and our hosting. We understand that the condition of the carpet in the living room was not up to the standard we strive for, and we truly appreciate your understanding regarding its wear and tear given the beach setting. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will address this with our team to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. We hope to welcome you back for another stay soon, where we can provide an even better experience.

It was a good stay, but they said all fees were included when I booked & paid, then they message & ask for 41 for a parking spot.. not even a specific spot, just somewhere in the garage. If you can find one. Otherwise, great stay! Beautiful place! Room was clean & stocked. Will return in the future.
