Things to Know
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.
As per an HOA regulation, rentals in Panama City, FL may only be rented and booked by an individual who is 25 years or older.

It was a good stay, but they said all fees were included when I booked & paid, then they message & ask for 41 for a parking spot.. not even a specific spot, just somewhere in the garage. If you can find one. Otherwise, great stay! Beautiful place! Room was clean & stocked. Will return in the future.

Overall stay was nice , there was an issue with the management company communication as it said the code would be available and work at least one hour before and it didn’t , they finally got it fixed . We had a toddler with us and the balcony door did not lock at all and there was no way to lock the actual condo door from the inside . Also there was no oven mitts at all in the condo and the toaster oven did not work. There was a moisture issue , we kept having to empty the dehumidifier to keep
It running and it was already set to do so when we arrived. The carpet was also a little dirty but appeared to have been recently cleaned 🧼.
