This beachfront condo offers a private balcony with breathtaking Gulf and beach views, spacious accommodations, a fully-equipped kitchen, and everything you may need to have the time of your life. The popular resort offers amenities for everyone, including pools, a hot tub, covered parking, and on-site dining options. Via the direct beach access, you will find beach volleyball, jet ski rentals, parasailing, and much more. Less than two miles away, you will want to spend time splashing the day away at Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Less than one mile away, you will find fun for the whole family at Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park. RESORT AMENITIES - Pools - Hot tub - Covered parking - On-site dining - On-site security Things to Know Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation. Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable. Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband. As per an HOA regulation, rentals in Panama City, FL may only be rented and booked by an individual who is 25 years or older. An elevator is in the building.
