View was great, pool was great and parking not an issue. We have stayed on this property before and we're happy with the location. It's about half way between all the restaurants and activities up and down the beach.

We booked this for a girls getaway weekend. The place is exactly as described and the views are STUNNING!! The patio is larger than I thought and the outside furniture is clean and not damaged. The entire place was immaculate (props to the cleaning company)! One thing to note, the mattresses in the two bed room are super soft and the mattress in the one bed room is super firm. Pillows also are soft. Being on the 17th floor, there was a bit longer of a wait for the elevator, especially with one of the three being down for repairs. The parking was easy, and I appreciated that there is a skyway to get to the parking deck across the street. We never had a problem with parking. Pool was great, beach is great! Just note, this unit doesn't come with chairs or umbrella (can rent for a fee). This condo really takes care of its residents and we were asked several times to show our bracelets to ensure we belonged there. We've been down to PCB several times and this was our favorite rental and I will seriously consider renting this unit next year...it was that fabulous.
