My family had a blast at PCB. The property was clean, conveniently close to the pool, and within walking distance of the beach. We also liked the gated community, it felt very safe.

Avari response:

Thank you, Keziah, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you and your family had a blast at Panama City Beach! It’s wonderful to know that you found the property clean and enjoyed the convenience of being close to the pool and within walking distance of the beach. Safety is a top priority for us, so we’re glad the gated community added to your peace of mind.

We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another memorable stay soon. Your comfort and enjoyment are what we strive for!

Place overall was a great stay, if I was picky the vents had much dust and debris built up but that was the only cleanliness issue. The toilet pressure is very poor, we had to flush it multiple times. We were iffy about bringing our pet along but we had zero issues with that as they were very inviting! I would recommend this stay especially for the price but as it is on the cheaper side for what you’re getting you do get the smaller tv’s in all rooms and lower quality bed/pillows. However that does not take away from the fact this is a great place and I do give a thumbs up!

I tried to give her a five star review. I hit wrong button. Many amenities. Very safe due to gated complex. Delicious gulfhighland cafe. Beach accessible. Pools, tennis, pickleball, and weight room.
