Just make sure you ask to receive parking registration link 3 days prior to check in or they will charge you late fee even tho you never received the registration in time. Basically stole money from me but other than that it’s a great place truly.

Great location! Love that they have pickleball courts and lots of swimming pools in the resort!! Also a gated community.

Edgewater is an amazing place to stay. I would not stay in this unit again. It felt and was dirty. Floors were very dirty, so much so that I had to wash my shoes because they were black. There was no gate code given to get back in from the beach. There was no iron, as described. The balcony door would not lock and I spoke with someone with the company. He said maintenance was coming and they never did. Overall, none of this actually hindered our trip. Edgewater feels safe and has all the amenities on their property, but this unit was just not great.
