All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. Spend time with family and friends in this gorgeous beachfront home. This home has a well-equipped kitchen that makes preparing meals easy. Dine on the large dining table or grab a cup of coffee and sit on the private balcony. Perfect for a family or friends to make the best beach vacation memories. In addition to being located right on the beach, visitors of all ages are sure to have a fantastic time at Shipwreck Island Waterpark located right across the street. Visit a number of other local attractions including the Panama Dunes Adventure Park and The Original Goofy Golf. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 19 (PH) Penthouse above the parking garage. The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1 Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles

Our stay at the Sterling Reef through Vacasa was an amazing experience. We had originally booked a different condo through Vacasa. Unfortunately some circumstances came up and our condo was unavailable for our dates. They immediately reached out and offered another condo as a replacement and covered the difference in costs for any inconveniences it may have caused. They were extremely fast and responsive to any questions or information I needed to make sure the switch was smooth for us. The best part is we were upgraded from a 4th floor to a 19th floor penthouse with absolutely stunning views. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. They had plenty of parking with their multi-story parking lot which had a security guard at the entrance every time we came and went. We never had trouble finding a spot which was a huge difference from the condo we stayed at last year. It right next door to the piers and just as close to our favorite Goofy Golf. Just a wonderful weekend all around. Highly recommend Vacasa for future stays.
