*All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. You won't find better beach vistas than those off your private, furnished balcony. This beachside condo features a host of desirable amenities both inside and out including a full kitchen, a spacious floor plan, and comfortable living spaces, as well as access to a heated, bi-level swimming pool, fitness center, and an activity room. Walk out to miles of white, sandy beaches where you can work on your tan, play in the water, or just spend your days shelling. Dine at a number of local restaurants. And for all-ages fun, Shipwreck Island Waterpark can be found right across the street from this rental, while additional attractions, like the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not!, are just two miles east. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 6 above the parking garage. The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1 Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles

Loved the location. Guest bathroom toilet needs the tank replacement kit. Vacasa was notified but not repaired during our stay. 😕

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This was our 3rd time at Sterling Reef. We did have a few issues: pans in unusable conditions, no oven mitts, 1 cereal bowl in a condo that can sleep up to 6, coffee grounds in the water reservoir, no scissors. All of this was resolved within 24 hours of our arrival so we greatly appreciate the prompt response. Our greatest complaint has to do with the master bedroom. There are no blackout curtains…or any curtains to even somewhat block out the early morning sunlight. But there are blackout curtains in the living room. In the end, that was the most difficult part of the trip. Our toddler was in the master with us and was up at 6am and couldn’t go to sleep until 8:30pm/9pm when the sun finally set. Luckily, we hung a blanket over the window in the second bedroom (where our older 2 slept) which made a nap possible. It was not the most restful vacation. We love the location and love Sterling Reef. However, given our specific circumstances, we likely would not book this specific unit again.

Great room. Great view. Great beach. Horrible elevators. Only 2 and might have to wait 30 minutes or more. If you or someone in your group has certain disabilities it's rough. There was also a rough time with the fact that my daughter had a service dog. Wanted my daughter's doctor to give them medical information about her. Not only that but they wanted it at 2pm on a Friday as I was already in Tennessee and I was to check in the next day at the property. But after that whole hassle the stay was great.
