*All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. The ideal setting for your next Gulf Coast getaway, this beachfront condo is in a fabulous, central location, with accommodations that are sure to please. Guests will enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and a furnished balcony overlooking the beautiful beach as well as shared, on-site amenities including an outdoor, beachside pool plus a fitness center for your enjoyment. Using the direct beach access, you will find beach volleyball, shore fishing, jet ski rentals, and much more. Just steps from the property, splash the day away at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, while next door at M.B. Miller County Pier, you can catch your dinner or enjoy the sites and see what all the local fishermen are reeling in. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 8 above the parking garage. The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1 Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles
