Don't take your pet on the beach!!! I took my Chihuahua to the beach and was given a ticket in the first 5 minutes I was there, there's no signs posted about NO DOGS! I had to pay the ticket before I left Panama to come home.

Great location! Driveway is not great for big cars, but managed. The house is nice amd clean but it is much older. Their is a couple of windows with screens broken, and a window and one of the outside doors to a bathroom but it didn't effect or stay. It WAS pricey for no amenities but a good place!

This home is great with its location on the beach and cleanliness! However, the listing does not state that there is a studio apartment that is attached to the main home. This studio apartment is available to be rented along with main home but if you do not rent the whole home with the apartment you are at a risk to share your rental with another person or couple during your stay. Plenty of shopping, lots of dinning options, and lots of activities you can do in this area,

I would avoid booking with Avari like the plague. They had a month to notify us of a double booking and waited until 2hrs before check in to notify us. We had check in codes, address and a confirmation email already in hand. They acted like offering a refund (which was expected for NOT STAYING) was a favor and I am pretty sure at almost no point in the process I was dealing with an actual human. Do better. People plan their breaks around this. Time, money and expectations were wasted on this trip.
