Spectacular Gulf views can be enjoyed from the covered balcony and the main bedroom, which offers access to the outdoor space. This bright and cheery getaway features coastal-themed decor and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from your door. Take advantage of shared resort amenities, which include a waterfront pool, fitness room, and tennis court. Water sports gear can be rented seasonally. Enjoy added perks such as a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, board games, high-speed WiFi, and cable.

THINGS TO KNOW
After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 15 above the parking garage.
The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

I enjoyed every minute of our trip and it largely had to do with the property. Great location, fast elevators, nice pool, fast WiFi, and the interior was decorated beautifully.

This was our first time staying at Sterling Reef and we will definitely be back. The elevator wait times are nothing compared to a lot of the other condos. Parking under the complex was super nice and having the third level opened for larger vehicles was also a plus. It was super nice to get on only one elevator and go straight to the floor of your condo instead of having to walk across the road and catching multiple elevators like at other condo resorts. The room was very modern and clean. The only downfall to this resort is they do not have a ramp to use for access to the beach so that makes it very hard for people with a beach wagon or elderly people having to climb all of the stairs. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay and will be back to Sterling Reef.
