This uniquely situated condo is a rare end unit located on the first floor (4th level) of Sterling Reef Resort which offers guests instant access to the beach, the bi-level heated swimming pool, and convenient covered or open-air parking. Your ideal location also boasts proximity to the shared grilling and outdoor dining area. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, with family or friends, this condo has been tailored for guests to relax, unwind, enjoy, and create memories that will last a lifetime! THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1 above the parking garage. The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1 Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles

My family and I loved this three bedroom condo and especially enjoyed our time on the balcony. It is like having an extra room with a couch and dining table but outside! Several of my family members are not able to walk far distance but still was able to enjoy the ocean and bro g outside thanks to the balcony. The rooms are also decorated pretty and overall it was just the best condo I have ever rented. There was terrible noise from repair work going on that disturbed greatly our entire stay but that was my only negative issue. I would definitely stay here AGAIN!

Everything PCB offered! The balcony and condo was awesome! Polite Vacasa employees. I even got to meet Dawn of Dawn Rentals! All so helpful! I would recommend them!

The condo was spacious, on first floor (but actually on 5th floor) and kept clean. The patio needs a little bit more sweeping. Lots of beach equipments.
