All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. This colorful rental offers spectacular views of the pool and the adjacent white, sandy beaches from its spacious, furnished balcony. Enjoy comfortable furnishings throughout, a well-equipped, full kitchen, and cooling, central air-conditioning. You will also have access to a gorgeous bi-level swimming pool, sundeck, fitness center, and activity room, as well as easy access to the beach. Start your days sunning, swimming, or walking the gorgeous beach and then break for lunch at one of several local restaurants. For all-ages fun visit Shipwreck Island Waterpark, located just across the street, as well as the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not!, just two miles east. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1 above the parking garage. The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1 Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles

This was an amazing condo to stay in. We loved that it was on the first floor. It had an amazing view of the ocean with a massive patio. It was equipped with everything we needed during our stay.

The condo was spacious for our family. Bedrooms are on opposite ends for greater privacy. The first floor balconies are larger making outdoor family game time very nice! Parking can be tough when your fellow patrons don’t park between the lines! The condo is really too large for only 2 elevators.
