While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

Everything was great the condo and view was was perfect the only thing that wrong it was a no smoking place and the condo under us was smoking on the balcony so when we sat on the balcony we could smell it and we seen the cigarette

The unit was exactly as described. The view from the balcony was amazing. Excellent for watching the sunsets. The master bedroom was spacious with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked but it would have been helpful to list more of the appliances on the listing as we ended up bringing a blender not knowing whether or not there was one. One suggestion would be to provide a small selection of a few basic spices. One big plus was that the beach was right off the property. Enjoyed walking the beach everyday. There are a lot of attractions nearby. Overall it was a very good experience.
