The house is comfortable. The primary bedroom is huge, with a nice sitting area. The back patio was great for sitting/eating outside. It is very close to a big pool. The community has a very neighborly feel. The public beach access is a short walk and Walmart is a short drive for all the things we forgot.

This place was exactly like it shows. My family and I loved how spacious it is and that the pool was right in the backyard area. Short walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a family meal. Loved that the management left a box with dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. One thing is the shower door for the standing shower couldn't but I know if I had said something during our stay they would've sent someone to fix it ASAP. The only reason I didn't is because there was 2 showers and a bath tub which suited our needs perfectly. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and for the price, it was just Wow! We would definitely stay again.

Avari response:

We’re so glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay with us! It’s wonderful that you found the space to be spacious and that the pool was just steps away. We love that you took advantage of the kitchen to cook family meals and appreciated the little touches like the dishwasher soap and laundry detergent.

We understand the shower door issue you mentioned, and we appreciate your understanding. It’s great to know that the other bathrooms met your needs. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we’re thrilled that you found such value in your stay. We would love to welcome you back for another visit to Panama City Beach!
