This rental is just a short drive away from Pier Park, a popular hot spot for shopping, amusement park rides, and dining. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking or vaping is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

Everything was clean and in working order. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Beach access was easy.

Nice size condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. Chairs on deck for you to use and enjoy the view. Pool was nice, not real big but water was warm. Short walk to the beach which was very nice.
