You'll be three miles northwest of Gulf World and Pier Park's 124 stores, restaurants, and movie theaters, and only eight miles southeast of Rosemary Beach if you choose to take a drive along 30A. RESORT AMENITIES -Lazy river -Pools -Hot tub -Childrenā€™s play pools -Gym -Butter's Donut and Coffee Shop Things to Know The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal. Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee. Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

We had a great time at splash, friendly service, room was clean my only complaint was with the conditiin with the living room furniture - needs a new sofa otherwise beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms clean, entrance doors need cleaning please.Enjoyed location and all the kid friendly pools

For our needs this was a perfect condo. My daughter loved the splash pad, lazy river and hot tub. My wife and I had some food at the onsite restaurant and it was fantastic. Right across the street to Alvins island where you can get most stuff you might need for the beach. Once here there is really no need to leave unless you want to which all attractions are a quick drive away. The location was at the end of all the attractions which we loved. We was able to drive to whatever we wanted but once we got back it was a little more quiet. Beautiful views and comfortable. I do recommend bringing some extra trash bags and towels. Overall this condo is great especially if you have kids

Everything was clean and keep up nice. Only problem is the kids water play area was cold water in open room, not good for winter
