Sunny Side townhome is strategically located within walking distance of some of the area's best attractions and restaurants. Not far is the classic Shipwreck Island Water park perfect for anyone in the family or down the road from St Andrews State Park. Things to know There is no elevator Dog-friendly. Two dogs under 25 pounds allowed. During Spring Break, we rent to 'Families' or 'ALL' occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age. Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this property rental. You must notify us in advance if you will be bringing a dog. Please include breed and weight. Dogs not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English -Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.
