This studio-style condo offers two to four guests a full coastal experience in a single living space. The space even comes equipped with a small kitchen with all the important appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster - a perfect place to cook fresh seafood favorites! Sleep soundly in the 2 queen beds and 2 double futons.. A full bathroom is provided, as is a walk-in closet for ample storage space. And there's plenty of seating to choose from, between the dining table, the dinette, the bed, and the living room furnishings. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Post photos to social media with WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in a fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing. Within steps of Florida's gleaming beaches, fantastic nightlife, and dining, this efficiency condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family to share while they explore Florida's Gulf Coast. This condo is close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Signal Hill Golf Course for a day out on the greens - and donā€™t forget the beach right outside! Some of our favorite activities are sports fishing, hiking in St. Andrews State Park, and walking to Dee's Hang Out for some crab cakes and Cajun remoulade. THINGS TO KNOW A $20 amenity fee is required upon check-in at the front desk.
