October 2026

The place was as described for the most part—a few things to share—some rust/dirt stains on the shower curtains on second floor small bathroom- could use new curtain and new curtain hooks along with a good scrub down of the bathtub.

The layout was excellent for our large group however the place could use a new paint job- tons of stains and marks on walls- felt a tad dirty. The stools in the kitchen were wobbly and ended up breaking while my kid was sitting and eating—luckily he was not hurt. They probably all need to be replaced so no one in the future gets hurt.

Small things around the house were wear and tear - not a big deal but made sure to document with pictures since this occurred before we arrived. Missing door knob to laundry, blinds slipping in master bedroom, remote control missing the back to keep batteries inside. Again, not a big deal but a few things to note.

The response rate was excellent! Overall had a great time! Thanks for having us!
