Overview

This beachfront condo is just perfect for your coastal getaway! The private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico is a wonderful spot for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in the evening sunsets. Prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or fire up one of the BBQ grills located just downstairs. Beach access allows you to spend countless hours on the sand, and enjoy a range of aquatic adventures!

Seasonal, complimentary beach chairs are included with this vacation rental. These will be available upon checking in with the lifeguard in front of the property. They are offered at Adventures at Sea, which is situated directly in front of the complex.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
Two beach chairs and one beach umbrella are included at no charge during guest stay. Guest will need to see beach attendant to be provided these.

This was a beautiful condo.
The view from the balcony was incredible!
Use of chairs and umbrella on the beach was an added plus!
Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again!

We love quick weekend getaways at Sunbird and enjoyed our stay here once we got in. The condo appears to have been recently managed by Vacasa and then passed on to Avanti. (They were difficult to communicate with and gave us improper codes.) Call Brandon, the owner, if you get stuck. He answered quickly on a Saturday night and gave us the correct code.

Loved the location and staff. Peaceful! Great for families as well.

Great location, amazing view, comfortable and clean. Staff and security were amazing, especially during spring break. Was very quiet and peaceful at night also.

Add curtains to the bedroom window due to lights shining in most of the night and in the living room. Maybe add extra blankets. Asked a question about the door code, but did not get a response. Seemed only like automated answers.

I would definitely stay again

Although it was the middle of spring break, in a very high impact area, knowing the gate was secured and keeping the parking lot safe, and having private access to/from the beach seems to help keep a little beach traffic down in the general vicinity

Only one elevator was working in the building. Things still ran pretty smoothly with only the one working elevator.
