We stayed the week of 4th July when PCB is always busy. Even with the constant traffic on Thomas Dr., you could barely hear it. We loved the deck and sat outside watching fireworks most of the night on the 4th. When visiting the beach, all we had to do was walk. It was less than a block away from Beach Access 21! We had a few issues and the property manager came out right away to help us with them. It turned out it was user error and nothing to do with the property itself. 10/10 would definitely stay there again!

Location was good, apartment was clean and had everything for cooking and washer and dryer stove gas grill and charcoal grill.

It's great to come and relax if you have a pet and maybe a kid.

I loved the proximity to the beach, loved that it was spacious and that everything was so clean specially the beds and linens. I love the smell of fresh linens. The beach is within walking distance, but we had our doggie so we drove to the pier park every day instead.

The beds were super loud. I had to sleep in one bed and my husband in the other because any minor move would make the loudest noise. The property is old but it's well maintained. I like that we had everything we needed. I do wish we would have had more dishwasher tabs for the 5 nights we stayed there, we had to do a lot of hand washing because we love cooking.
