Our stay was absolutely amazing! The only bad thing was the wait time for the elevators and truthfully that wasn’t even terrible. They do not have AC so they were pretty hot. But as far as the location it was absolutely outstanding and we will be staying there from now on! PCB is our home away from home and we usually stay at the holiday inn resort but the summit was just as nice for less money! You can’t beat that! And they have Bikini Bobs!! No where in PCB can beat bikini bobs! A burger for $5 is awesome! And they are melt in your mouth! Bottom line is if you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate!

The place is nice, great view! It was clean. I will say the summits elevators blow. Also plumbing isn’t great either but AC works great!

This unit was not maintained at all! Very ran down. Plumbing did not work in most of the unit, only one faucet worked and it was dirty brown smelly water (no working shower, no working washing machine, etc..). Also nails sticking up through the floor. My son cut his foot on one of them. When I reached out for maintenance all I got was “our team is working to resolve the issue”. No one ever came to look or fix anything. I’ll be sure to avoid this particular unit. I hope this helps save someone else from making the same mistake as I did.

Had an issue with the coffee maker and the host didn’t not fix the problem. Also had other issues like washer and dryer not working and outlets not working. They promised a fix, but never showed up.
