The unit does NOT have a washer and dryer as advertised, and the dishwasher was missing the main knob. Otherwise, everything was as expected for the price.

The resort is going through a refurbished and renovation at the moment which is great to see the time taken to keep the facility clean and comfortable. The staff and management were very helpful and professional.
I would recommend the summit to anyone looking for an affordable place with a great view. Everything you need is within walking distance from the resort. Not to mention the gates and security parking lot

The Avari Team was not helpful at all. We called and texted them multiple times about our oven and stove that just did not work the entire stay, and they ended up ghosting us. It was pictured a washer and dryer in the unit and that was not there either. A lot of broken items in the place such as toilet roll holders. I was staying w a group of 5 girls, including myself, and our door would not lock for the first two days. Definitely would not stay at this unit again.
