When we first arrived, we had to pay $80 for parking and amenities which was not mentioned in the listing. The bands didn’t work half the time we were there, we had to keep calling the emergency number to have them open the gates.

The building itself was old. The 2 working elevators served 21 floors, so going up and down took 10+ min. The trash chute outside had trash from a burst bag on the ground. It took maintenance a day to clean it up. The carpets outside and paint outside were peeling.

The room was sufficient for our group. The carpets were old and dirty and need changing or steam cleaning. The mattresses didn’t provide proper support. The sofa bed had broken springs. The silverware set was only had spoons and 1 fork. The fridge had ice buildup at the top. It didn’t maintain a cool enough temperature.

The location was excellent. The beach was across the street and the pools were large enough for everyone staying there.

La ubicación está excelente, el apartamento es amplio y cómodo, buena vista.
Los únicos contras son, colchones que se sienten de mala calidad, ropa de cama no estaban tan limpias, con respecto a la limpieza, debería de ser un poco más cuidadosos, había mucho polvo y suciedad en varias partes. Del resto todo bien, por eso no le doy 5 estrellas
