I am extremely disappointed with this Airbnb stay and am demanding a refund for the amount of money we paid. The room was filthy when we arrived — sand and dirt all over the floors and counters, food crumbs in the cabinets, and food and Gatorade bottles under the couches. The couches were badly stained, and the dryer did not work.

The master bedroom was unacceptable. The sheets had large yellow stains, and someone else’s earrings were left in the bed. It was so dirty we could not even sleep in it and ended up using blow-up mattresses instead. I even removed the bedding so management could clearly see the condition of the bed.

We were also missing two wristbands the entire stay, which kept us from fully using the resort amenities we paid for. I messaged multiple times and called Friday and Saturday, and each time was promised someone would come help, but nobody ever showed up. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I expect a full refund.

Laketown wharf is our favorite Panama City location! Accessible to the beach, and places to eat and shop (Pier Park, Wal-Mart, Pineapple Willies). Units are always clean, amenities are awesome. Like our 4th time staying and we will be back!
