Laketown wharf is our favorite Panama City location! Accessible to the beach, and places to eat and shop (Pier Park, Wal-Mart, Pineapple Willies). Units are always clean, amenities are awesome. Like our 4th time staying and we will be back!

Other than some minor room inconveniences, the condo was great for the time our family stayed in the room. Clean, water views. That’s all we really cared about. The worst part about laketown wharf is the elevators. Always broken, 20-30 min wait times. It’s just too big of a place for so few elevators.

Loved the location, there was lots to do. The view was amazing for it not being straight on the beach. There was a lot of college spring breakers. But it wasn’t too bad the week we went & they were respectful of my family. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hot water didn’t last through a shower but we made it work. The elevators made check out by 10 hard because they were always full and slow. But to be expected on a Friday during spring break. Would definitely consider this room for the future!
