Overall we enjoyed our stay in A13. It does have some updates and everything, but a con and suggestion I would make is to update the bed frames. Definitely some age to them and one bed frame was coming apart. I did make them aware and they responded quickly and said they planned to take care of it. Also, I will add, although the kitchen is definitely stocked with things you need to make breakfast or dinner, the condo has zero spices at all compared to other sugar beach condos we’ve stayed in. Thankfully, there’s plenty of local shopping options to get whatever you need for your stay.

Condo was neat and clean upon arrival and came with beach options in the balcony closet too. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

We love the convenience of this condo! It has plenty of space for us and 5 kids. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is nice to use in the evenings. The kids love the community center and the ping pong table. The condo is within walking distance to put put, an arcade, go carts, and souvenirs.
