Steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of shops and attractions, this clean, budget-friendly hideaway impresses with a gated pool, BBQ area and smart TV for relaxing evenings. Guests praise the unbeatable value and central location, and find staff polite and helpful when needed, though a few noted small communication hiccups (no lockbox/text updates or spare remote batteries). Overall it’s a welcoming, well-kept base for a seaside stay.

Terrible experience. As soon as we walked in, the closet door was broken. Then we noticed there was no stove or oven, even though both were listed in the description. We went to check out the pool and the gate/pool codes provided were incorrect. Even after asking multiple times, they continued giving us wrong codes.

We also asked for the WiFi information. They said they would retrieve it and get back to us, but they never did. During our entire 6-day stay, we never received the WiFi info or any follow-up response.

On top of that, the shower drain barely worked and would fill up with water while showering.

We brought all of these issues to the host’s attention, and they kept saying they would handle everything one by one, but after that, they completely stopped responding.

We had to figure everything out ourselves, including staying in a place without a stove or oven as advertised. Do NOT recommend staying here or booking with this host.

Check in was easy. Arrived Thursday. Set my stuff down laid on the bed and immediately fell through to the floor. The pressed wood bed frame was broken and couldn’t hold the mattress. Called Avari, took 45 minutes to get through to a person, and they said someone would get back to me, didn’t happen till Friday. Slept on bed, woke up wrapped up in the mattress. Property manager reached out on Friday. Sent Donny to fix the frame. He did an incredible job and constructed one from scratch. Wasted hours waiting for him to finish. Contacted Avari twice for 1.5 day refund and still waiting on a response. Clean very small property that served my needs for Bike week. If all you want is a working bed this is the place for you.

My recent stay at this Airbnb was unfortunately very disappointing.

Upon arrival, I was unable to access the property because I was given an incorrect code for the front gate. I had no choice but to enter by following another vehicle, which required an uncomfortable interaction with the driver to convince him that I was a legitimate guest.

It then took more than 20 hours for the host to provide a valid access code. This delay was completely unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience.

Once inside, the issues continued. There was no information available for the Wi-Fi, and despite sending multiple messages requesting it, I never received the details.
Additionally, I was not provided with a valid code to access the pool.

This stay was meant to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my wife, but unfortunately, these problems prevented us from fully enjoying the experience. To make matters worse, my wife was unable to use her phone, as it depends entirely on Wi-Fi.

I would definitely stay again. Everything you need is walking distance and the beach is literally a 5 min walk across the street. They also have a nice pool and bbq area on the property and it’s gated. Awesome experience especially for the price. Perfect little hideaway. Will
Definitely stay again!
