There are brand-new mattresses and headboards with USB charging stations, as well as a new dresser with more drawers for storage. Enjoy cooking up tasty meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, or make yourself a quick cup of joe at the coffee station. The casual layout of the space still allows for lots of comfortable seating and a dining area with plenty of elbow room. High-speed WiFi and a storage closet add convenience during you stay. The ocean view is sure to inspire lots of walks down to the sand and surf. Top of The Gulf is a beautiful complex right on the beach! It's a short walk to Pineapple Willys, Longboards, Hammerhead Freds, shopping, golfing, and many other activities. Top of The Gulf is a family-friendly condominium complex with a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, game room, grilling areas, al fresco dining, and a sundeck overlooking the most beautiful white-sand beaches on the Emerald Coast. THINGS TO KNOW WiFi service may be weaker for individual studios and may be limited during peak seasons. Maximum occupancy includes babies and toddlers.

From the time when we arrived to the time we checked out was amazing. The room cleanliness was perfect easy check in they even had chairs for us to take to the beach and sit in. The swimming pool was amazing was never to crowded to swim and it was easy to use the elevators by it being 4th of July weekend. I would definitely reserve this room again in the future. 10/10

The location was great and the beach was amazing. The only thing that I wish they had was balconies. I wish this place also had more clocking utensils included. It did have several charcoal grills around the pool that worked very well.

We had such a nice stay at our condo through Vacasa! It was clean and just right for a family of 3. Only downside was we didn’t have a balcony attached to the condo just a shareable balcony. But it was fine. They also have a snack/ adult beverage bar at the pool. We will be back!
