The house is beautiful and in a good location, however our experience with Avari Management was horrible. When we arrived at the house the septic tank was backed up, leaving us without functional toilets, showers, washer or dishwasher. We had to drive to a gas station to use the bathroom, and could not shower after going to the beach! There was also sewer water standing in the backyard which was a health hazard to us, and we could not let our kids outside. When we reached out to Avari Management, they didn't respond in a timely manner about a solution in order for us to find a new place to stay that evening. We felt like we were forced to stay there that night and they just didn't want to deal with the issue or help us out at all. The host never issued an apology, only said that they would send a plumber. When asked, they would not confirm a time that the plumber would arrive. So we were left with inadequate information about the situation and what to do. Avari ruined our vacation!
