First off the view was the best thing about this location. Right off the beach with easy access to the beach. I only have 2 small complaints. Some stuff definitely needed dusting and the biggest one for me was it's over already. Avari was extremely helpful when needed and responded in a timely manner. They were also very professional and respectful. Even with the small complaint this location deserves a 5 ⭐ for sure. We would definitely be happy to be able to return next year for another trip at this location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank y'all again for such a wonderful trip.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Place was a nightmare. Immediately walked in to a musty smell. Not only very dated, but this place had not been cared for since it was purchased. Carpet in the master bedroom hasn’t been updated since Navarre Towers was built in 1984. Stains everywhere and over 30 years of dust and grime buildup. Guest bedroom was just as grimy and smelled like urine and cigarettes. We used the towels in the guest bathroom and discovered stains of both old and new blood, along with the both electrical sockets not working. The furniture was old, sticky, and dirty. The couch pillows had stains. The kitchen cabinets were banged up and looked terrible. Plus, I found the Zillow listing where the property sold in 2023 and the furniture matched the exact listing, probably the same furniture when the previous owner originally bought the property in 1992. Even the comforter was the same! We paid over $500 for this room for one night and if I could turn this company in, I would! So disgusted.
