loved our stay. Great spot. Sat outside and talked to the other visitors that pasted by. not a whole lot of traffic . the toaster oven was dirty and the condo had a bit of a smell but didnt bother us to bad. there was a stain on the mattress cover in the room that has the double bed. other than that its was pretty clean and ready when we arrived. Will book again soon..

We loved our stay at this unit! It was very clean upon arrival. Furnishings & linens were comfortable/clean. There was an abundance of towels in both bathrooms, as well as coffee filters, basic seasonings and starter packs of laundry & dishwasher detergents, toilet paper & paper towels. The highlight of this unit is the convenience to the parking lot and particularly the beach. There were maybe 10 steps from the back patio to the beach boardwalk. It was so easy to get to/from the beach, it didn’t feel like work to go out for the day.
The water view isn’t great, but the tradeoff for ease of getting to the beach was worth it. Beach was uncrowded/peaceful even during peak season. Biggest con: there’s no ice maker or filtered water dispenser on the fridge. No big deal as we had Walmart deliver bagged ice with groceries a couple times during our stay. Mgmt was friendly and responsive to the one question I asked via the app. Would definitely recommend to others & visit again!

This was our first time to the area and we loved it! It’s on the first floor and we enjoyed it, beach was a hop and skip literally. Staff were friendly and stayed busy every day we were there. Andy D’s has some good food and it’s right down the road from the unit.
