Overview

Decorated with an eye to the sea, you'll love relaxing in this cool and comfortable condo! Central air conditioning and hardwood-style floors will help everyone stay cool. Enjoy a view of the shared pool as well as a partial view of the ocean from your furnished balcony. Guests will be able to access that pool during their stay, as well as an outdoor shower and a shared gas grill. There's a ceiling fan and TV in each room so everyone can wind down at their own pace. Just set your swimsuits to go in the private washer/dryer and kick back!

What's nearby:
Just head down across Gulf Boulevard and you'll be at the beach! Drop your line for something tasty (or just watch for dolphins) at the Navarre Beach Park Fishing Pier just over three miles away. Enjoy getting close to animals at the Gulf Breeze Zoo 12 miles from the condo. At the end of the day, you can relax with local cuisine from Dewey Destin's Navarre and Scooter's Fish House (both within five-and-a-half miles).

great place to stay a little 5 min walk to the beach with a public parking and public access water is perfect there and met great people there

The condo itself was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, and the management company was polite and responsive in their communications.

Unfortunately, two major appliances were not functioning during our stay: the dishwasher and the dryer. While management apologized for the inconvenience, neither issue was addressed or repaired while we were there. Not having a working dryer made it difficult to manage wet beach towels and other laundry during our stay, as we planned.

Because the dishwasher never worked, we ended up leaving some dishes in the sink when we departed. The property has a lot of potential, but for the price we expected basic appliances to be operational and for maintenance issues to be resolved more proactively.

Also, they kept saying use the 6 digit code to gain entrance. And then sending a 10 digit code. It was difficult to type in ten digits from your phone while carrying beach towels and coolers. This was a minor inconvenience but seemed unnecessary.

The area was great I love the location the unit how ever was very dirty , walls had stains along with the curtains , dishes and silverware was also dirty. Unit wasn’t swept and dust and dirt on floor
