Overview

Sunny days are in store when you choose this bright, beachy, second-floor condo in Miramar Beach, sitting in a Gulf-front complex just across the street from the beach. Shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, go-karts, state parks, and all the attractions of the Emerald Coast are just a short drive away. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool and gym.

Spend the morning on your private balcony, sipping coffee and enjoying the sea breeze. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan and modern decor with pretty pops of aquamarine. The full, well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and plenty of counter space, and there’s room for everyone to dine together at the table for six. Even better, step out to the balcony to dine alfresco. After a day on the sand, cool off at home in the central AC. Entertainment options include three TVs, free cable, and free WiFi, ideal for posting those beach pics to social media. End the day as you began, back out on the balcony - but this time toasting your good luck at booking such a sunny escape.

Apartman and location.

No parking spot in the garage even they said there is one.

Avari response:

Thank you, Sejad, for sharing your thoughts with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the apartment and the fantastic location. It’s always our goal to provide a comfortable and convenient experience for our guests.

We genuinely regret the confusion regarding the parking spot. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how frustrating it can be when expectations aren’t met. We’re committed to ensuring that our properties are accurately represented, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future. We’d love the opportunity to provide you with a seamless experience from start to finish.
