Beautiful condo with added amenities. It was nice to see laundry pods, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, facial soap, body soap and garbage bags already in the condo. Most AirBNB properties do not have these basic amenities. The beach is a very close walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this nicely decorated an immaculate condo.

Overall, nice stay.

Loved the location. The beach access was right across the street. A short drive to Destin and to Santa Rosa Beach. Loved the layout-- Plenty of room.

The beds were uncomfortable. The fitted sheets didn't stay on. Supplying 2-ply toilet paper should be a standard. The only communication received for information on room was the parking assignment-- had to assume they matched? Wasn't sent the gate code at all- had to message for that while waiting at the gate. The door code didn't work and had to go back and forth with the property manager trying to figure it out.
Overall, the communication for check-in details needs improving, but would return.

GOOD:
1. PERFECT location- We loved walking to the beach. The beach access has no parking lot, so it doesn't attract a large number of tourists. A grocery store was very close as well so that was convenient.
2. Beds, couches, and Dining tables were very comfortable and nice. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and utensils. There were enough towels for 5 of us. There were also shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the bathrooms.
3. Beautiful decoration - I thought I wouldn't really care about the decorations (I'm a more practical person), but cute decorations brought 'vacation' vibes.
4. The balcony was nice to leave the boogie board, wet towels (you can't hang them on the rail, so we hung them on the chairs there)
5. There is washing station right after the gate so you can clean off the sand before entering the building.

BAD or OK
1. The hallway light is very dim red.- We had a hard time finding our unit because the hallway was so dark. It looks kind of depressing.
2. NOISE!!!!!! - This was the biggest issue!!!!!!! The 3rd bedroom (there is one bed in there) has AC unit storage, and it is INCREDIBLY noisy and IMPOSSIBLE to sleep there. The room itself if very cute and has a big closet but I was not able to sleep at all so I slept on the couch. This is not a problem for this unit only. All units have AC unit right by the entrance door and that bedroom is right behind the AC unit. They should have built a bathroom or laundry room over there instead of a bedroom. Again, it is impossible to sleep.
3. We took off all our shoes and found that our feet had become black. The floor was not terribly clean. We also found that some dishes were not clean either, so we put most of them in the dishwasher before using them.
4. CHECK dishwasher filter: The dishwasher filter was not clean, so I contacted Vacasa team and they were pretty good at taking care of it.

Over all, We were happy with our stay and would come back again.
