Everything was perfect for our stay. Only complaint we had was the smell of marijuana on the balconies but that wasn’t the fault of Avari Management. We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed only a couple days but wish it were longer! This is an extremely well maintained unit. Very clean, paint was fresh and no weird smells. We have run into catfish properties in FL that photos were way nicer than real life but this was excellent and if available in the future will stay again. Gorgeous water view and a nice walking trail is right across the street with some beach shopping.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach.

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and for the first time in a vacation rental, we didn’t have to buy any extra basics. Communication from the host was excellent throughout our stay, with quick responses and clear instructions.

The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and the included beach service made our days by the water so convenient and stress-free. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and attractions.

Overall, this was one of the best beach rentals we’ve stayed in, and we highly recommend it!

Great view and location. Unit was dirty. Stained sheets and towels, shower wall had mysterious brown substance that we had to scrape off, and floors were not clean.
