This studio is located in the Surfside Resort, which offers a sky bridge that connects to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. When you're not strolling on the sand, collecting seashells, or kayaking in the warm Gulf waves, you can cool off with a dip in the rooftop swimming pool. You'll also be only one mile west of the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, three miles east of the Emerald Bay Golf Club, and four miles east of Destin Commons.

I gave four star for our “stay rating” because everything was perfect except for a smell that I’m 100% sure it had nothing to do with Avari management and more to do with our neighbors. Whatever they cooked or spilled made the smell seep over to our room, it was absolutely awful. Avari management did an amazing job with this location we enjoyed every part of it especially when they provided chairs and umbrellas on the beach. I would definitely book with them again.

We truly loved the close proximity to the beach! Less than a minute’s walk to it. The room was small but clean, bed was comfortable. Nice big shower, had a little problem with the water going from hot to cold on its own. The staff there was very nice and helpful.
