Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles northeast) and Destin Commons (four miles west) are nearby for all of your shopping needs. You'll also be close to some of the best golf and deep-sea fishing on the coast, and only seven miles east of Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park.

During your stay you will have full private access to the entire condominium including your own peaceful balcony perfect for morning coffee. As a guest of Surfside Resort you also enjoy full access to a wide range of resort amenities. These include the outdoor swimming pool, relaxing hot tub, tennis courts, and a fully equipped fitness center. You can also take advantage of convenient onsite facilities such as the beach bar, spa, salon, and various dining options. Dedicated garage parking is provided for your convenience, and the beach is easily accessible from the resort grounds.

Interaction with guests

We want your stay at our Miramar Beach condominium to be as seamless as possible. While you will need to register at the front desk upon arrival to receive your parking passes, amenity codes, and wristbands, we are always available to assist you throughout your visit. Please feel free to come to the frontdesk for any questions or recommendations.

Welcome to your coastal retreat! Please note that Surfside Resort is an upscale condominium building—not a hotel—and this unit is exclusively managed by Avari. Our team staffs the front desk daily and is happy to help you with anything you need. The resort features excellent on-site amenities, including a spa, salon, and restaurant.
As our guest, your stay includes complimentary seasonal beach service with chairs and an umbrella; please ask our front desk staff for setup details. We provide a starter pack of basic amenities to kick off your vacation, but you will need to supply any additional items required for your stay. Housekeeping is scheduled only on your departure day to refresh the unit for the next arrival, so guests are responsible for washing their own linens. For your convenience, shared laundry facilities are located on the ground floor if your unit does not contain an in-unit washer and dryer. ⚠️ Important Climate & Safety Rule: Please keep patio doors completely closed at all times. Leaving them open allows coastal humidity to create heavy condensation indoors, causing the walls and floors to become wet, which creates an immediate slip hazard.

For those flying in, the Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport is the closest major hub, located approximately forty minutes away by car. Having a vehicle will provide you with the most freedom to explore local attractions, shopping centers, and dining spots at your own pace.

The room was exactly the same with the photos. There was amazing view near the beach. The pools were on the way to beach, kids always enjoy the cool pool and warm pools together after play at the beach.
The amenities in the room was a little old. Second floor is very convenient for going to beach and the pools, we don’t need to wait for the elevator.
The most important is there were two bathrooms.

This entire property needs some updating. It was nicer when we were there the first time about 10 years ago. The bathrooms need updating. Vanities were nice but very low and the bathtubs were slippery when trying to take a shower. Our unit was clean and we had a refrigerator with an ice maker. The ice was fresh and plentiful. We had a problem with our microwave and I sent a message to our host. It was resolved with another microwave the next morning. Our host was awesome! We were thrilled to find a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen which had everything else we needed. We didn’t feel we had privacy in the living room because of missing vertical slats and would prefer room darkening shades or drapes in the bedroom. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The weather was not the best but we still had a great time! Close to shops and restaurants. The young man at the front desk was very knowledgeable and polite. The pedway to the beach was the best. Even with the negative comments we would most likely stay there again.
