During your stay at Surfside Resort, you will have exclusive access to your private studio, which includes a comfortable sleeping area, a bathroom, and a private balcony with stunning Gulf views. Beyond your studio, you are welcome to enjoy the extensive resort amenities. These shared spaces include the refreshing outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, a fully equipped gym, and convenient BBQ grills, On-site Spa,Salon and Restuarant for your use. You can easily reach the pristine white sandy beaches via the resort sky bridge. Additional facilities available to guests include the on site Royal Palm Grill, coin laundry services, and elevator access throughout the building.

Our team staffs the front desk daily and is happy to assist you with any needs during your stay. We recommend using the front desk as your primary point of contact for immediate assistance. Our staff is available to help throughout the day to ensure your visit is comfortable and seamless. We look forward to hosting you for an unforgettable Miramar Beach getaway.

Welcome to your coastal retreat! Please note that Surfside Resort is an upscale condominium building—not a hotel—and this unit is exclusively managed by Avari. Our team staffs the front desk daily and is happy to help you with anything you need. The resort features excellent on-site amenities, including a spa, salon, and restaurant.
As our guest, your stay includes complimentary seasonal beach service with chairs and an umbrella; please ask our front desk staff for setup details. We provide a starter pack of basic amenities to kick off your vacation, but you will need to supply any additional items required for your stay. Housekeeping is scheduled only on your departure day to refresh the unit for the next arrival, so guests are responsible for washing their own linens. For your convenience, shared laundry facilities are located on the ground floor if your unit does not contain an in-unit washer and dryer. ⚠️ Important Climate & Safety Rule: Please keep patio doors completely closed at all times. Leaving them open allows coastal humidity to create heavy condensation indoors, causing the walls and floors to become wet, which creates an immediate slip hazard.

Beautiful view with large balcony! Very short walk across the street to the beach. Clean room. Lots of parking. Basketball and tennis courts available as well!
