Beyond your studio you have complete access to the wide range of Surfside Resort amenities including the sparkling outdoor pool, the relaxing hot tub, and the fully equipped fitness center. Please note that you must register with the front desk upon arrival to receive your parking passes, amenity codes, and the necessary amenity bands required by the homeowners association for access to these facilities. The resort also features convenient on site dining, a spa, and a salon for you to enjoy throughout your visit.

Welcome to your coastal retreat. Please note that Surfside Resort is a condominium building rather than a hotel, and this unit is exclusively managed by Avari. Our team staffs the front desk daily and is available to assist you with any needs during your stay. We recommend using the front desk as your primary point of contact for immediate assistance. We strive to respond to all inquiries promptly to ensure you have a seamless experience. As our guest, your stay includes complimentary seasonal beach service with chairs and an umbrella, and our front desk staff is happy to provide setup details. We provide a starter pack of basic amenities to begin your vacation, though you will need to supply any additional items required for your stay. Housekeeping is scheduled only on your departure day, so guests are responsible for washing their own linens using the shared laundry facilities located on the ground floor. Great place! View is of a basketball court. No ocean view but it’s all enough for anyone wanting a getaway. One washer worked on the lobby floor. $1.50 to use. So definitely take detergent. They are fast. 5ish was the best time to do clothes.
