With a king-size bed in the main bedroom, two twin-size beds in the guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, Beach House 602B accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Whether you are taking a family beach vacation, going on a spontaneous trip with friends, attending a special event, or any occasion between, Beach House 602B offers a picturesque accommodation for your next beach vacation. Upon entering, you will be adorned with welcoming décor as well as gorgeous tile floors with carpeting in the bedrooms. You will find the guest bedroom on your left, featuring two twin-size beds with floral bedding and white cottage furnishings, as well as a 32-inch TV and DVD player, providing the ideal space for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. The guest bathroom is near the guest bedroom and includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. Guests who book this charming beach abode will be able to use the shared outdoor pool for a refreshing splash anytime they want as well as a fitness center and tennis court.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). We have stayed at the Beach House property on several occasions and each unit is different. This particular unit has updated bathrooms with walk in showers which was nice. They needed some general maintenance: the clear plastic trim on the master shower doors needs replaced as it is cracked and looks old and unclean. The A/C vent/or return air vent in the spare bathroom was super rusty and gross looking. This has needed fixed for a very long time. The Wifi ceiling panel in the spare bedroom was hanging and needed repair. The spare bedroom closet was stuffed full of a mattress topper and we could not really use the closet space. There was a drawer in the kitchen that was crooked and not useable/in need of repair. There was no skillet to cook breakfast in for eggs/etc. I did not feel like the floor was super clean. All that said, the master bed was clean and comfortable and couch and tv/furnishings were nice and comfortable. Unit was nicely decorated, not fancy, but beach friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Despite the overall relatively minor issues described above, we had a great week and still love the overall property for the great beach access, ocean views, friendly on-site staff, easy parking, great location. I feel like the "magnificent" description of the property as advertised is a little over-done.

I love the very clean condo area, beach is snow white and clean. The ocean waves are gentle for old and young alike. They have very clean facilities, gym and pool area. The gazebo is a pleasant area to hang out under. The pool was very clean. Love the chair and umbrella service!

This is our third time to stay at Beach House and we love the convenient location to the beach, the pool, etc. This condo was beautifully decorated was very clean and definitely met our needs. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
