Very good rental, clean and comfortable. Only thing I could complain about is host takes a little to respond when we had a problem with payment but nothing major.

We have stayed in several different units at Amalfi and love area, safety and amenities. The only thing that we would like changed is location of key pad for front gate. We think it is set back a little to far otherwise everything great. Look forward to staying here again.

Very nice location and comfy beds!!

Location and the place had everything we needed!

Getting into the gates was complicated. I had to wait on a car to come out to get in!

We did not receive the gate codes for the entry gate or pedestrian gate for the property. Tried to message through the VRBO website several times but received no response to get codes for the gates. Did not get the pedestrian gate code and code for the work out room till the second day of our stay when someone from Avari called me and I had to ask for them. Luckily due to construction on the property the drive in gate was open. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable for the week. The couch cushions were a little broken down. Found a nice surprise of beach items in the utility room closet. Had a great week of weather for our stay.

Horrible response time from property management, not helpful at all with issues with property. Cleaning crew does not do what they’re paid to do, found dirty underwear in the sheets that clearly hadn’t been washed. Plumbing issues in the master bathroom which made the whole stay a hassle. Beds in bedrooms are hard as a rock. Would NOT recommend this location to absolutely anyone.
