Unit was on 1st floor, busy hallway but I didn't care. Stayed over Memorial weekend 5/2026 so bldg was extremely busy, but the barn style door separated bedroom from living room; I didn't hear any traffic noise at night. 1st floor washer/dryer was almost right outside this unit across the hall, very convenient. King bed was a little hard but comfy. Full kitchen, coffeepot dishwasher dishes, etc. The recliner was a bit old but I didn't care, covered with a sheet. Short 1 day A/C issue but communication was excellent ... they fixed immediately and I would rent this unit again. Host through app was immediate on communication, 10 out of 10 stars. Front desk was a little tired upon check in but friendly. Front lobby has multiple leather wing chairs and couch to sit and wait for check in. Pool busy but fun! Hot tubs worked and clean. Two different way to get to the beach from the unit; lots of stairs to the beach so be prepared. Elevator in bldg. Restaurant is in building and easy to get to from unit (bit overpriced but good). Uber Eats works better than Door Dash in the area.

Everything you need in this perfect size condo! Very comfortable, bright and decorated nicely. Easy access to beach and pool.
The patio is right off the parking lot right near handicapped parking, my husband didn’t have to walk all the way around. It was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great time in this condo. The amenities were nice and the walk to the beach was very easy! I enjoyed the restaurant as well. Great food!
